Living Foods

Living Foods started in the US with the late Dr Ann Wigmore who initiated the Hippocrates institute. It was introduced to the UK by Elaine Bruce, who is director of the UK Centre for Living Foods.

Plant Based Living Foods Are:

* Foods of the Earth, in a natural raw state, which contain a crystalline structure carrying order and information into the body and brain.

* Foods free of animal produce e.g., fruits, vegetables, super nutritious young organic greens, seaweeds, power packed soaked/sprouted nuts, seeds and grains, dehydrated recipes, quality oils, supplements, wildfoods and superfoods.

* Carefully heated food with temperatures that do not exceed 40 degrees C/110 degrees Fahrenheit in order to preserve optimum nutrition e.g, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and oxygen.

* Food's less tampered with, processed or destroyed in a form that the body can recognise, understand & utilise effectively and efficiently.

Introducing or adopting an organic, bio-available and live diet can greatly improve your health and lower your carbon footprint.
