Ynys Mon, Mam Cymru is the mother of Wales and the last stronghold of the Druids. The island is steeped in ancient history, mythology and wild natural beauty. The Snowdon Mountain Range (Eryri) stand before the island, shimmering veins of visible milky quartz. Golden beaches, sand dunes, rocks and forest hug the coastline. A precious isle to come and visit.

From time to time we host bring and share pot lucks. Occasional sit down, lunches, afternoon tea cake sessions and evening soirees.

All ingredients are carefully selected, lovingly prepared, mainly organic/GM free including homegrown biodynamic fruit, vegetables, herbs, wild food and wonder-foods.

We love to live, eat, flow and celebrate the cycle of the seasons. Passionate and inspired by nature, her constant supply and abundance of food to create new and delicious recipes.
